Following the recently announced acquisition of 100% of share capital of 43 Air School through a MBO led by Attie Niemann, the current CEO of 43 Air School, and an equity firm, for an undisclosed sum, 43 Air School have now acquired additional shareholding in the Airline Training Specialist Company, PTC Aviation (Pty) Ltd.
Employing over 30 staff members, PTC Aviation is an industry-leading TRTO on A320 and B737NG aircraft focusing on the provision of Initial Airline bridging and Flight Instructor Development Training.
With bespoke facilities & simulators in Port Elizabeth, PTC Aviation’s expertise lies in offering quality advanced Airline Pilot Courses, including Boeing and Airbus Type Ratings and Airline readiness connect courses, to qualified Commercial Pilots entering the Airline industry. PTC Aviation is the training provider to three South African low-cost airlines.
