Recognition of Prior Learning

43 Air School Technical Training Centre (TTC) has a fully accredited Trade Test Centre that can help you in either of the following situations to set your Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic (AMM) career on course for the future.

1. If you have studied at an institution where your qualifications are not recognised for licencing purposes by SACAA, for example the SAAF, we have an accredited program that, on completion, will qualify you for your “Red Seal” Trade Certificate.
2. If you have worked as an Aircraft Mechanic and have sufficient experience but have not completed a Trade Theory Course, we have an accredited program that on completion will qualify you for your “Red Seal” Trade Certificate.

Upon completion of this assessment you will be able to apply to TETA for your Trade Test.
